Utkatasana (Chair Posture)

1) Stand straight and raise your arms in front till shoulder level.

2) Now bend your knees and try to put your buttocks downwards as if you are sitting on an imaginary chair.

3) Breathe deeply and smoothly, without force. Hold for between five and fifteen breaths.

4) Then go back for relax position in sabasana.
