Everyone or the other has come across to neck pain in their lives. A small pain in your neck can worsen your daily activity. There are also simple things remembering which can provide a better treatment for neck pain. Maintain good posture while sitting or standing. Always use a helmet while riding on bike and seat belts while using four wheelers. It will help you to prevent any injury. Try to keep your spine erect. If you are working in front of computer, then adjust computer monitor to eye level. Also stretch your neck and do simple movement or executive exercises every hour. Sleeping condition and posture should also be evaluated. Make sure you are using a right pillow. Try to use hard bedding or firm mattress.
