Thoracic Breathing

1) Stand straight with the arms folded from the elbow region.

2) Place right arm on the right side of the ribcage and the left arm on the left side of the ribcage respectively.

3) Then slowly take deep breathe (inhale) with the expansion of the ribcage.

4) Again slowly breathe out (exhale) and get back to the previous position.

Do this. Take rest and again do it.
