Talasana (Palm Posture)
1) Stand straight.
2) Inhaling, slowly raise your arms overhead with the palms facing each other.
3) Raise your heels slowly, keeping your balance.
4) Lift yourself on your toes slowly until you stand on the tip of your toes.
5) Exhale slowly and try to maintain the balance. Inhale slowly again.
6) Then slowly lower both the hands from backside and keep them on the sides of the thigh. Simultaneously, bring down your heels on the floor.
