(9) Fold and bring back your left leg.
(10) Move your head down.
(11) Fold and bring back your right leg.
(12) Sit down on your feet, Buttocks will touch the ankles.
(13) Stand with palms touching the floor at the side of your feet. Forehead should touch the knees (Like Padahastasana).
(14) Raise your arms over your head and shoulders with the palms touching each other. Arch your body backwards keeping your arms alongside your neck and head; tilt the head backward (Like Ardhachandrasana).
(15) Now come back and keep your joined palms in front of chest as namaskar posture.
