Supta Bhadrasana (Supine Gentle Posture)
1) Lie straight. Make the underfeet of each leg touch each other.
2) Hold both the legs with the palms of the hands and press it over the chest.
3) Breathe normally and count ten and increase slowly to thirty.
4) Relax in shabasan position.
5) Perform this asana three times.
6) Rest in sabasan
