Deep Breathing With Chest Expansion
• Stand straight with hands in front parallel to the shoulders and fold palms as namaskar posture.
• Now by breathing in spread hands straight like a straight line and expand chest.
• Again by breathing out bring hands to its previous position and contract chest and be normal.
• Practice this for 10 times.
• You can increase the counting after practicing for few days.
• If you feel problem in doing the exercise at a stretch, then do it in two parts, i.e. after completing 10 times take some rest and practice again.
• Note- Amount of air during inhalation and exhalation will be same.
