Sinhasana (Lion Pose)

1) Sit in Vajrasana posture with widened legs.

2) The underfoot should face outwards and the hands should rest on the knees.

3) Spine should be straight.

4) Now bring out your tongue by making a sound "aayy".

5) Then rest in sabasana.
