Single Leg Llifting

1) Lie down on back. Hands should be straight beside body.

2) Move right leg up from the floor.

3) From this position move right leg straight and upwards while breathing in and return to the previous position while breathing out.

4) After practicing the same thing for 10 times, repeat the same with left leg.

5) Then move leg downwards on the floor and take rest. This is one set. Practice 2-3 sets in the same way.
