Single Leg Circling

1) Lie straight on back. Hands beside your body.

2) Raise your right leg slightly from the ground.

3) Then move it like a circle. First clockwise for 10 times then anticlockwise for 10 times.

4) After completing put your right leg down the ground. Repeat the same with left leg. Breathing normal.
