Get slim & nice tummy with Shalvasana. It helps to get rid of bulging tummy with reduction of excess fat from the thighs, hips and waist. This asana corrects the spinal curvature. This yoga pose strengthens the muscles of the back hence helpful for curing back ache & sciatica pain.

1) Lie on your stomach with chin touching the floor.

2) Hands should rest below the thigh and palm will rest on the floor.

3) Put pressure on hands and raise your lower portion of the body with legs together and without bending your knees.

4) Stay for 10-15 seconds with normal breathing.

5) Then rest at sabasana. Practice as suggested by our Yoga Doctors.
