1st kind: Place your right palm on your right cheek. Try to move the neck toward right side and resist the neck from moving by your right palm. Both the pressure will be equal and hence the neck should not move. Do the same thing with left side.



2nd kind: Place both the palms below your chin. Try to look down but palms will resist looking down. Both the pressure will be equal prohibiting any movement.



3rd kind: Place your right palm on right temple. Try to move the neck toward right side and resist the neck from moving by your right palm. Both the pressure will be equal and hence the neck should not move. Do the same thing with left side.



4th kind: Interlock your fingers of both hands. Place both the palms on the forehead. Try to move the head in front and resist the movement by palms so that the head cannot move.



5th kind: Interlock your fingers of both hands. Place both the palms at the backside of head. Try to move the head backward and resist the movement with palms so that the head cannot move.
