Pelvic Stretching

1)Lie down and fold both legs, starting from the knee and bring them close to each other.

2)Start breathing and bring the right knee to the right side and the left knee to the left side, i.e. both the knees on the ground and then return to the original position, both touching each other.

Do this exercise ten times. You can slowly increase the count and you can do it in two sequences.
