It stretches the hamstring on the back of the legs along with the entire spine. Padahastasana removes the excess fat from the abdomen and can increase height. The pose gets the buttocks toned. Padahastasana rectifies abdominal complaint like constipation, indigestion. It is a part of surya namaskar. 1) Stand straight.
2) Keep your hands straight above the head.
