Neck-exercises

1st kind(Perpendicular):

1) Stand/sit straight.

2) Breathe in, Bend head toward right side without moving the shoulders. (See the pic)

3) Breathe out, move head back to the normal position.

4) Then again bend head toward left side and come back to normal position.

* Holding duration is as directed by Our Yoga Doctor.




2nd kind(Backward bending):

1) Stand/sit straight.

2) Breathe in, Raise head and bend backward to a 45-60 degree angle.

3) Then breathe out while getting back into normal position.

4) While returning do not bend your head down. Bring it straight to above the shoulder level. (See the pic)
