Jastiasana (Stick Posture)
1) Lie down on back and raise your hands up.
2) The thumb of both the hands should interlock each other.
3) Now stretch your upper and lower body.
4) Remain in that position for 20 seconds. Breathing will be normal.
5) Rest in sabasana. Practice 3 times.
Same as above, but the feet should be in dorsiflexion position.
