Hand Stretching Against The Wall

1) Stand straight.

2) Take one hand distance from the wall.

3) Raise your hand till shoulder level and move towards the wall by crawling your fingers.

4) Stretch your body and try to raise your hand upward till the level you can.

5) Count 10 in this position.

6) Then return to the normal position.

7) Practice for 10 times.
