Halasana (Plough Posture)

1) Lie down straight on your back.

2) Hands should be close to the body.

3) Now with the help of your hands raise your legs and take them behind the head and rest the toes on the ground.

4) Do not bend your knees.

5) The chin should rest on the chest.

6) Remain in that position till you complete counting 10.

7) Rest in sabasan
