Deep breathing with folding hands

Steps to be followed:

1) Stand straight on an even ground. Keep a gap of 45 degrees in between the toes.

2) Fold the arms from elbow part and place them in front of the chest with palms facing downwards (See image).

3) Expand the arms in a parallel line sidewise with steady and slow deep breathing.

4) Now breath out slowly and bring back the hands to the chest as in step (2).
