Deep Breathing With Flexion

1) Bend forward with arms folded from the elbows.

2) Both the elbows should remain joined together with the fingers of both the hands interlocked.

3) Then slowly lift the elbow up to the shoulder level with the fingers joined together and take deep breath slowly (inhale). At the same time stand straight.

4) Then again bring the elbows together to the previous position slowly releasing the breath (exhale). At the same time bend forward.
