Steps to be followed:
1) Stand straight with hands beside your body.
2) Bring your hands in front parallel to the shoulders and join the palms.
2) With deep breathing spread hands sidewise and expand chest.
3) Again while breathing out bring your hands to its previous position and be normal.
Repeat this exercise as suggested by yoga teacher.
