Clavicular Breathing

1) Stand straight on the legs. Fold the arms from the elbow region and then place the fingers of the right on the right collar bone and left hand on the left collar bone respectively.

2) Then slowly take deep breathe (inhale) with the expansion of ribcage and then breathe out(exhale) back to the normal postion respectively.

3) Repeat atleast for 10 times.
