Vrikshasan (Tree Pose)

1) Stand straight and keep your feet close to each other.

2) Your knees, legs and hands should be straight.

3) Now bring your right feet and keep it on your left thigh. Try to make a right angle.

4) Now join your palms and bring them to the middle of your chest and stand in 'prayer' position.

5) Stand straight and look in the front, hold and count 10.

6) Repeat the same procedure with the other leg.

Repeat the whole procedure 3 times.
