Sponge-gripping

1) Stand straight on an even ground, keeping 3-4 inches gap in between the feet.

2) Take two pieces of sponges in both hands (as shown in the Image 1).

3) Raise and stretch both hands sidewise up to the shoulder level.

4) Apply pressure on sponges by closing the palms. The pressure should be felt on fingers and palms only. Wrist movement is not allowed.
