Lie down in supine position. Fold your right leg as shown in the video and count 10. Do the same with left leg. Now fold your both legs and contract your rectum, count 10, then relax your rectum. Take rest in sabasana.
4. Uddiyan in sabasana:
Lie down and bend your legs. Breathe in and push your abdomen out, breathe out and pull your abdomen in. Do this for 10 times. Then take rest in sabasana.

5. Ekpada Utthanpadasana:
Raise your right leg and pull your foot inside. Count 10. Lower down your leg. Do the same with left leg.Then take rest in sabasana.

6. Aswini in suptabhadrasana:
Get into the posture of suptabhadrasana as shown in the video. In that position, contract your rectum, count 10, then relax your rectum. After completing take rest in sabasana.

7. Aswini in sukhogomukhasana:
