21 days course

Hope you got some positive changes in your lifestyle after practicing the yoga for piles treatment for last 7 days. Now in this page you will get 10 more yoga to only reduce the problem of piles that will further alleviate your pain.

8-14 Days Course

Start practicing the following yoga for another 7 days on a regular basis. Choose a time of day you can stick with. No matter what time of day you choose to exercise, make sure to plan your workout two to three hours after your meal.

1. Deep breathing normal exhalation through mouth:

Breathe in through nose and breathe out through mouth slowly. Do this breathing exercise for 5 times,  take a little rest and then do for another 5 times.

Benefits: Deep breathing massage the vital organs and also relieves you from pain.

2. Side bending:

Stand straight. Lift your right arm and bend to left side, count 10. Come back to starting position. Now lift your left arm and bend to right side, count 10.

Benefits: This exercise not only helps to reduce fat, but also trim and tone abdominal muscles clearing out constipation.

3. Upavistha pavanmuktasana:

Sit with straight legs. Fold your right leg as shown in the video and count 10. Do the same with left leg. Now fold your both legs and contract your rectum, count 10, then relax your rectum. Take rest in sabasana.

Benefits:
Enhances blood circulation, strengthens abdominal muscles, reduces constipation.

4. Utthanpadasana:

Raise your legs as shown in the video. Hold the posture and count 10. Take rest in sabasana.

Benefits: Helps in constipation, strengthens abdominal muscles.

5. Uddiyan in standing:

Deeply inhale. While exhaling bend a little bit from knees as shown in video. Now hold this position and count 5. Again move up with inhalation. Repeat this process for 5 sets.

Benefits: Helps in proper digestion by oxygenating the digestive organs.

6. Aswini in bhadrasana:

Get into the posture of bhadrasana as shown in the video. In that position, contract your rectum, count 10, then relax your rectum. After completing take rest in sabasana.

Benefits: Nourishes and strengthens  anal and pelvic muscles. Also massage the genital area.

7. Aswini in gomukhasana:

Get into the posture of gomukhasana as shown in the video. In that position, contract your rectum, count 10, then relax your rectum. Return back to normal posture. Now change your legs and again do gomukhasana and the aswini mudra. After completing take rest in sabasana.

Benefits: Nourishes and strengthens  anal and pelvic muscles and tissues around the anal pads that have slipped from their position.

8. Khechuri pranayam:

Sit in padmasana with closed eyes as shown in the video. Now roll your tongue to touch the palate. Count 10. Return to normal position. Change your legs and again do the same.

Benefits: Increases vitality and energy to work.

9. Suryaved pranayam:

Sit in padmasana and close your left nostril with ring and little finger as shown in the video. Now close your eyes and breathe in through right nostril. Then block your right nostril with thumb and breathe out with left nostril. Again breathe in with left nostril. Close your left nostril and breathe out with right nostril. Do this for 10 times. Change your legs and do for 10 times.

Benefits: Oxygenate blood, reduces tension, thus helping in proper digestion and constipation.

10. Sabasana towel on forehead:

Lie down straight. Put a wet towel on your forehead. Close your eyes. Relax your whole body without getting any tension and nervous as if you are feeling sleepy. Do this for 2 minutes.

Benefits: Completely make you out of tension. Relaxes mind and body.
