Hand Stretching Outside

1) Stand straight, stretch your right hand with palm facing downward.

2) Move your wrist joint up and then come back to normal position. Do the same with left hand.

If you are doing in holding position, then you have to move your wrist joint up, count 10 and then come back to normal position.

If you are doing in movement position then raise your right hand with right wrist joint moving up and down for 10 times. Do the same with left hand.
