Dorsiflexion of Wrist Joint

1) Stand/sit straight. Raise and stretch both hands to forward.

2) Hold the wrist of the right hand with the left hand. The right palm should face downwards.

3) Raise the palm from wrist joint, upwards and then bring back back to normal position, slowly.

4) Do the same steps holding the left wrist joint with right hand.
