Lower back and hip pain management


Back Kicking

Follow the steps below:

Step 1

Keep a chair in front of you.

Step 2

Stand straight and rest your both hands on the top of the chair (View the image below).

Step 3

Stretch your right leg backwards. Do not bend your knees, it should be straight. Left leg will be straight above the ground. (Look at the video given below)

Step 4

Lift your leg to the extent possible by you and as suggested by our yoga doctor.

Step 5

Similarly, do it for the left leg.

You can also do this exercise by looking back at your foot while stretching your leg.
