Arm Circling for shoulder joint pain
Arm circling is one of the easy basic shoulder joint pain exercise which one can do anywhere, anytime. Practice regularly to ease out frozen shoulder joint pain. This exercise also helps to reduce the fat of hands, provide mobility to shoulder joints.
1) Stand straight. Raise your both hands parallel to the shoulders and start circling in clockwise manner.
2) Then do the same thing in anticlockwise manner.
3) After completing lower down your hands.
